Changing the configuration of components

  1. Go to VK Cloud personal account.
  2. Go to Data Platform → Экземпляры сервисов.
  3. Click on the name of the instance.
  4. Go to the Статус компонентов tab.
  5. Click the Управление компонентами button.
  6. Update the necessary parameters and click Save changes.

Editing information about a service instance

  1. Go to VK Cloud personal account.
  2. Go to Data Platform → Экземпляры сервисов.
  3. Open the menu of the instance and select Edit.
  4. In the window that opens, specify the new name and description of the instance.
  5. Click the Save changes button.

Changing the administrator password

  1. Go to VK Cloud personal account.

  2. Go to Data Platform → Экземпляры сервисов.

  3. Open the menu of the instance and select Change password.

  4. In the window that opens, enter the new administrator password.

    Password requirements:

    • can contain only numbers, characters from the range !"#$%&()*+,.:;<=>?@[]^_{|}~-, uppercase and lowercase Latin letters;
    • must consist of at least 8 characters;
    • must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter of the Latin alphabet, at least one digit.

    To generate a new password, click Generate button.

  5. Click the Save button.

Viewing information about an associated Kubernetes cluster

  1. Go to VK Cloud personal account.
  2. Go to Data Platform → Экземпляры сервисов.
  3. Open the menu of the desired instance and select Перейти к кластеру k8s.

Deleting a service instance

This is a group operation: if necessary, you can delete several instances of the service at once by selecting them with checkboxes.

  1. Go to VK Cloud personal account.
  2. Go to Data Platform → Экземпляры сервисов.
  3. Open the menu of the instance and select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion and wait for the operation to complete. The deletion may take a long time.
